The Associate - Corporate Relations and Campus Placement is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi. The key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners to create placement and internship opportunities for students. The role involves coordinating campus recruitment activities, managing placement processes, and ensuring successful student-employer engagement. Additional duties include conducting market research to identify industry trends and providing career counseling and professional development support to students.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Due Diligence capabilities
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Corporate Law and best practices in corporate relations
• Basic understanding of Finance and financial concepts
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and build professional networks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in recruitment, career counseling, or corporate relations is an advantage
• Familiarity with placement processes and industry trends is desirable
