Compensation: 20,000 25,000 Per Month Fixed Base + Uncapped Performance Incentives

Realistic Earning Potential: 100,000 1,50,000+ per month (based on deal closures)

Core Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Outreach: Dialling prospects daily to identify SME and individual requirements. You must have the knack for opening doors and turning a No into a conversation.
• Banker Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain rapport with Banking Partners. You must master the Engine Roomknowing exactly which bank policy fits which client file.
• Strategic Filtering: You know your worth. You stay focused on high-value opportunities. For smaller files, you coordinate with the BizOps Associate to ensure the client is served while you remain focused on the high-ticket pipeline.
• External Representation: Attend industry events and conferences to grow the 7 Fin network.
• Operational Precision: Maintain a meticulous track of company-related expenses and client documentation.
