Job Description

More than 8 12 years of relevant experience in RF Planning and Optimization.
In depth understanding and knowledge Planning & Optimization for 5G/LTE/VOLTE Network.
Hands on Experience on outdoor Planning tool like Atoll and Mentum Planet.
Experience on Link budget and Model tuning
Capacity planning and offloading
Het net Design
Parameter Planning (PCI, PRACH, TAC)
Multicarrier design and Analysis for TDD and FDD
RFDS creation, Antenna Design, RF Specification creation
Experience with LTE core system interfaces and protocols such as S1 MME, ENB, PGW, SGW, S1 U, S6a, S11, S5/S8, Rx, NAS, S1 AP, RRC, GTPv2c, GTP U.
Hands on Experience on Drive Test Post processing tools and OSS Platforms with different Vendors.
Experience on SIP messages or IMS signaling.
Responsible for all the KPI's Like Accessibility, Retain ability, Avg LTE User Throughput and HOSR.
Knowledge of Volte end to end call flow and interfaces from UE to IMS.
Problem area analysis for areas having poor RSRP, poor SINR, etc. and accordingly suggesting physical optimization.
Network Parameter audit.
Understanding of 5G Basics and 5G Radio Access Network.
Proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power point strongly preferred.
