Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records in systems and Excel
• Validate documents and conduct verifications per client guidelines
• Liaise with HR contacts, institutes, and candidates for verification closures
• Coordinate with verification sources and internal teams
• Ensure timely completion of checks
• Exhibit strong communication, focus, and analytical skills

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate; exposure to transformation projects in banking preferred
• Experience: 4+ years in market research, company profiling, secondary research
• Business requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
