Roles and Responsibilities:
- Project & Product Delivery: Execute project tasks according to a set project plan and Statement of Work (SOW), ensuring accurate delivery and client satisfaction.
- Customer Implementation: Engage with clients to understand requirements, implement solutions in IDBS products, and harmonize workflows at both the customer and interest levels.
- Data & Template Management: Build and customize customer-facing spreadsheets and templates for use in IDBS products.
- Time & Task Tracking: Accurately manage project tasks and record time spent using IDBS time management software on a weekly basis.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Manage and coordinate activities with project managers and customers, collaborating across regions and functions.
