Job Description
We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented professional who can translate lending business requirements into system configuration within the Synoriq platform. This is a functional + system configuration role (no coding required), focused on setting up workflows, forms, fields, integrations, and ensuring quality delivery to the consultant team.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate lending business requirements into Synoriq system configuration
- Configure workflows, forms, fields, validations, and product setups
- Set up API connections and integration mappings (functional level)
- Deliver configured modules using Synoriq tools
- Understand relationships between different modules and assess cross-module impact
- Design and configure SOP-based process flows within the system
- Perform first-level QA of configured modules before handing over to consultants
- Work on assigned tickets and deliver within defined timelines
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and process alignment in every configuration
Requirements
- Strong understanding of lending/NBFC processes
- Quick and accurate in system configuration
- Ability to understand business logic and translate it into system flow
- Good understanding of database concepts
- Working knowledge of SQL (basic queries understanding)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to understand module dependencies and downstream impact
