Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Data Analytics professional with strong business acumen and analytical thinking. The role involves working closely with Business, Operations, and Technology stakeholders across the bank to analyze complex business problems, derive insights from data, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be curious, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a large, multi-stakeholder banking environment.
What You'll Do
- Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Analyze business problems and translate them into data-driven analytical solutions.
- Collaborate with Business, Operations, Risk, and Technology stakeholders across the bank.
- Understand business context, data availability, and operational constraints to propose effective analytics use cases.
- Data Analytics & Insights
- Perform exploratory data analysis and develop analytical models to support business initiatives.
- Work on multiple banking use cases, preferably in credit risk and related domains.
- Apply analytics techniques to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Delivery & Ownership
- Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset with strong ownership of deliverables.
- Commit to timelines, take charge of assigned tasks, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Operate effectively in a large organization with diverse and cross-functional stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python, SAS, or PySpark .
- Hands-on experience in Data Analytics and AI techniques .
- Strong SQL programming knowledge.
- Exposure to cloud-based data infrastructure (preferred).
- Banking and financial services experience is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
