Overall 8-10 years of experience with at least 5+ years of experience in Azure. Infrastructure – Ability to apply automation mindset and design solutions to automate Infrastructure solutions on Azure. Lead team of cloud engineers and Jr. architects on technical front. Capacity and utilization management of current infrastructure; compliance management Lead customer discussions to drive solution walkthrough meetings and establish best practices Conduct technical assessments for clients against various initiatives including but not limited to Cloud Migration, DevOps Transformation, Well-Architected Review, etc Evaluate customer applications and identify appropriate strategies for cloud migration DevOps - Implementing uniform processes across the organization, supporting the adoption of continuous integration & continuous delivery (CI/CD), security scanning and automating the building, packaging, testing, and deployment of applications. Understanding the current landscape, identifying gaps, and assisting in closing these gaps Ensure cloud security across engagements Lead delivery teams through project technical deliverables Provide technical assistance to Sales/Pre-Sales teams for RFP responses, solution presentations, etc Mentor and assist junior team members Requirements · Overall 8-10 years of experience with at least 5+ years of experience in Azure. · Must be well versed with infrastructure automation on the Azure (both infrastructure and application deployments). · Leverage an automation mindset to create and implement solutions that automate infrastructure on Azure. · Oversee a team of cloud engineers and junior architects, providing technical leadership and guidance. · Capable of independently drive technical discussions with customers · Must have in-depth knowledge of frequently used Azure services · Preferred to have someone with prior software development skills with any programming language including .NET, Java or similar · Must have good hands-on experience on Python · Should have experience with Migrations & Hybrid Environments. · Hand-on experience on Azure Services. · Good knowledge on
