We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Software Engr to join our team at Sparta Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation, and maintenance of cloud and on-premise solutions, primarily focusing on Dotnet Core/SQL with a strong emphasis on Nintex/SharePoint platforms. You will contribute to architecture changes, manage the SharePoint product lifecycle, and ensure optimal performance, quality, scalability, and security of deployed systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements thoroughly to understand core needs and objectives.
- Design comprehensive solutions based on analyzed requirements.
- Develop and implement cloud solutions across a diverse range of projects, including application development, identity/access management, network, and data management.
- Perform coding and/or configuration as per the design or solution approach.
- Conduct thorough testing, implementation, and post-implementation validation for new development and enhancement efforts.
- Create all required documentation as part of the application development/enhancement effort, adhering to established processes.
- Work in coordination with other departments to implement changes in architecture.
- Manage the SharePoint product life cycle, including project design, issue resolution, requirements gathering, design, configuration, implementation/testing, and support of SharePoint solutions.
- Manage, optimize, oversee, and monitor the retrieval, storage, and distribution of data.
- Identify dependencies and common infrastructure components, and assess migration feasibility.
- Build on-premise solutions for clusters and patterns.
- Design, develop, debug, produce, refine, test, deploy, maintain, and document SharePoint/Web solutions using customized as well as out-of-the-box functionality, including web parts, InfoPath forms, custom workflows, templates, and master pages.
- Utilize continuous integration and distribution pipelines to deploy applications.
- Perform MS SQL Development, including custom queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Collaborate with other SharePoint and .NET developers to troubleshoot and debug new and existing third-party and custom workflows and other in-house custom SharePoint solutions.
Skills Requirement:
- Proficiency in Dotnet Core/SQL development.
- Experience in integration implementation using ETL concepts.
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying production systems on Nintex/SharePoint and .Net platforms.
- Exposure to JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS.
- Knowledge of workflow integration in cloud-based environments such as Azure.
- Knowledge of SSIS, XML, and SSRS is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Oil and Gas domain experience is a plus.
- Experience in areas like EDI/XML and BizTalk / EDI Configuration ESB Toolkit WCF WCF-SQL BizTalk Data Mapping using SAP.Net Connectors HTTP Adaptor is a plus.
QUALIFICATION:
- BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science/Information Technology.
