Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal client inquiries via email or Salesforce Chatter.
  • Assist in EMC/EPS projects such as group splits, document uploads, and minute book management.
  • Manage filings including annual reports, corporate transparency act, and business licenses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update customer records, including contacts and portfolio management.
  • Communicate project progress with multiple teams effectively.
  • Navigate multiple databases (Company Records, Navigator, etc.) accurately.
  • Review and process legal documents.
  • Fulfill customer orders across various jurisdictions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer documentation issues.
