Campaign Plan and Execution:
- Collaborate with account management and influencer onboarding teams to execute campaigns based on client briefs and requirements.
- Directly engage with influencers for campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
- Support the influencer onboarding process, including data sourcing, outreach, negotiations, agreements, and payouts.
- Identify and implement innovative methods for influencer profile sourcing and onboarding.
- Develop detailed campaign plans, coordinate with influencers, and monitor progress.
- Take complete responsibility for start-to-end campaign execution.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during campaign execution.
Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinate with influencers over the phone regarding campaigns, maintain daily datasheets, and conduct online research.
- Efficiently implement campaigns from start to end, handle complaints, raise tickets, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure management dashboards are maintained and implemented as per SOP.
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align influencer marketing strategies with broader goals.
- Contribute to developing influencer marketing strategies in line with overall marketing objectives.
Content Management:
- Review and approve influencer-generated content, provide creative direction, and coordinate approvals with legal teams.
- Ensure influencer content complies with advertising regulations and legal requirements. Performance Tracking and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize future strategies.
Compliance and Legal Considerations:
- Ensure influencer collaborations comply with legal requirements and work with legal teams on contracts. Industry Trends and Collaboration:
- Stay updated on industry trends, recommend adjustments to strategies, and collaborate with cross- functional teams for a cohesive brand message.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Create lists of influencers across platforms and initiate collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with content creators to adhere to deadlines for content posting.
- Keep abreast of emerging influencers, trends, and strategies.
- Track influencer marketing results using engagement and lead generation metrics.
- Help to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
