ob Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant responsible for preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with IGAAP and Ind AS, and managing all aspects of accounting, taxation, and auditing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel, and sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with IGAAP and Ind AS standards.
• Finalize books of accounts on a monthly basis with accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely recording and reconciliation of all financial transactions.
• Provide accurate financial data and reports to management for informed decision-making.

Audit and Assurance:

• Handle statutory audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct external and internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial statements.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and legal frameworks.

Taxation:

• Manage GST and TDS calculations, filings, and reconciliations.
• Advise on tax planning and compliance for optimal financial outcomes.
• Prepare and file tax returns and represent the company before tax authorities when needed.

Management Accounting:

• Assist management in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Provide insights and management reports to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Support the development of financial strategies and business plans.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate organizational performance and recommend improvements.

Risk Management & Governance:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance and ethical financial practices.

Professional Development:
