Description
We are looking for a technically skilled specialist to strengthen our Abas Systech & Cloud team. In this role, you will work closely with customers, our cloud infrastructure and support teams.

On-Call and weekend duty possible
Responsibilities
Set up and configure customer connectivity to our AWS cloud environment
Provide 1st- and 2ndlevel support, including troubleshooting across network, system, and cloud topics
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networks, VPNs, routing, and tunneling (incl. FRP)
Collaborate with our Corporate Cloud Operations Team
Work closely with the Product Support Team on customer cases
Support automation and deployment workflows (CI/CD)
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Required Skills & Expertise
Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, routing, tunneling solutions (e.g., FRP)
Experience with Windows Server administration
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Linux administration experience
Knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, VPC, IAM, networking concepts)
Experience with Argo CI/CD, Ansible, or similar automation tools
Familiarity with cloud architectures, DevOps concepts, and modern deployment workflows
Understanding of ERP processes (e.g., finance, inventory management, production, or CRM) is an advantage
Understanding of ITIL principles
