Job Description

Responsibilities

Account Management

o Maintain relationship with banks, fintechs and other partners and pitch Hoi's

offerings to them

Contracting and Negotiations:

o Assist in contract discussions with external partners, ensuring terms align

with company objectives.

o Liaise with legal and compliance teams to facilitate the contracting process.

Operational Oversight:

o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address any operational

challenges and implement solutions.

o Ensure timely invoicing, data recon and follow-up for payments.

o Managing operations related to customer support

Engage in new business development activities

Reporting: Preparing management reports, MIS reports, etc.

Ad-hoc work: Assist in any other ad-hoc/ operational work as may be required

Provide support in building other business categories as required

Experience and Skills

MBA with 2+ years of experience

  • Strong account management & operations management skills
