Fixed CTC: 3.6 LPA 4.75 LPA
Uncapped Incentives
5,000/month Night Shift Allowance (from 5th month onwards)
One-way cab facility provided at logout
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
6 Months 2 Years of B2C / Inside Sales experience
You should be really strong n English Language as you'll be dealing with American Customers on a daily basis
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Candidates must be based in Bangalore
Applicants should reside within a 15 km radius of HSR Layout for a comfortable daily commute
Candidates applying for the higher CTC bracket should have at least 1 year of sales experience
Work Schedule
7:00 PM 5:00 AM (US Shift)
6 Days Working
Sundays Fixed Off
1st Saturday of every month Off
Remaining Saturdays Work From Home (WFH)

Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs
Convert qualified leads into enrollments
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
