• The role involves understanding project or topic needs, guiding clients, and converting leads into successful projects
• Candidates should have good communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk to students or researchers and explain our PhD services
• Understand their project or topic needs and guide them
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp
• Maintain a record of calls, leads, and client requirements
• Coordinate with the technical and writing team to ensure timely delivery
• Achieve monthly targets related to leads and conversions
• Share regular updates with the team manager
