Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Associate Business Development Executive to join our IT Sales team, focusing on staff augmentation services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth by providing skilled IT professionals tailored to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT staff augmentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and align them with suitable IT resources.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Create and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends, technologies, and staffing needs.
