Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Associate to support the execution of growth initiatives for MFD (Mutual Fund Distributor) acquisition. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, tracking key business metrics, supporting lead generation initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution across onboarding, activation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to drive MFD acquisition and growth
● Track and monitor key performance metrics including leads, onboarding, activation, and revenue
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure smooth execution
● Support the planning and execution of campaigns, webinars, events, and outreach programs to generate and nurture leads
● Assist in managing the lead funnel from lead generation to conversion and activation
● Maintain strong CRM discipline, including accurate data entry, timely follow-ups, reporting, and data hygiene
● Identify execution gaps and process bottlenecks and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency
● Prepare regular business updates, reports, and dashboards to track progress against key metrics
Key Requirements
● 0–1 year of experience in business development, project coordination, strategy, operations, sales, or similar roles
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● High ownership, willingness to learn, and a strong execution and follow-through mindset
● Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively across teams
● Analytical and data-driven approach with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
● Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic understanding of CRM tools is preferred
● Prior exposure to Fintech, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, or Financial Services is preferred but not mandatory
