Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will serve as the link between internal departments and customers, ensuring seamless coordination of sales orders, communication, and support functions.
The ideal candidate has to be open for learning and having the passion to do multitasking, is highly organized, and thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment as required. Your work will directly impact our ability to serve customers, process orders efficiently, and achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities For Sales Coordinator
- Sales Support: Arrange meetings, scheduling interview for Semiconductor/Embedded candidates with customers, assist in preparing presentations/proposals, manage schedules.
- Inside Service: Handle and draft inquiries, trigger internal follow up on MNDA, SOW, PO, MSA, payments and customer timesheets
- Data Management: Update CRM/databases, input sales data, maintain accurate records, generate reports.
- Operations: Process orders, ensure project timely delivery, coordinate logistics, assist with marketing campaigns.
- Team Coordination: Liaise with other departments (marketing, engineering, admin, finance), support sales team to meet targets.
- Market Research- do premarket research on upcoming technology trends as part of Making in India and Global market scenario
Education Requirements: B. Tech. + MBA
Experience: 0 to 6 Months
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: General
Work Week: Monday to Friday
