Responsibilities:
- Should have hands-on experience in Quality audits, familiar with quality standards, SDLC lifecycle
- Should be able to facilitate the project team on process adherence
- Should be able to individually guide the project team on process requirements and shall facilitate them during internal and external audits on ISO, CMMI, and other regulatory compliance
- Should be able to do data analysis on project performance and should report the metrics regularly
- Shall proactively identify process improvement and implement the best practices based on experience
Roles & Responsibilities across
As SQA:
- Process facilitation for new projects and process implementation throughout lifecycle of project
- Quality Gate Review and Risk Assessments of projects on defined frequency
- Readiness Reviews of Work Products for release against the defined processes
- Monthly Project Metrics Review, Client Status Report Review, Track & Monitor Project SLAs & KPIs
- Defect Analysis & RCA of projects
- Support in resolving Open NCs
- Identify & address potential issues, weak areas in project and work on improvement initiatives
- Conduct process trainings for project team members
As Auditor:
- Create Annual Audit Plan for Delivery and Support Functions
- End-to-end audit process for delivery and support functions including Audit planning, Audit Opening Meet, Performing Audits, Publishing Audit Reports, Audit Closure Meet on defined frequency
- Organization level NC analysis along with RCA, SWOT
As QMS & SEPG SPOC:
- Creation, enhancement, and maintenance of Quality Management System of organization
- End-to-end cycle of Process Change Management, Review, and Release Management
- Process/Guidelines/Templates definition, improvement initiatives for QMS
- Responsible for configuration management of QMS and management of Org PAL
- Definition of SEPG charter, manage SEPG discussions and work on improvement suggestions
As Metrics SPOC:
- Definition of Measurement Framework at organization level and implementation in Delivery and Support functions
- Organization level metrics analysis and defect prevention on defined frequency
- Definition of KPI & SLA tracking templates for Delivery and Support functions
