Job Description:

Associate Business Analyst to support business process improvements and data-driven decision-making. This role involves working closely with Business analysts and senior Business Analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and assist in implementing solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a data-driven or analytical role, with demonstrated expertise in delivering impactful business insights and solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Advance Level) and MS-Access/SQL (Intermediate Level)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data and insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with effective planning and time management capabilities
  • Proactive and responsive in addressing stakeholder inquiries and concerns
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines

Good To Have Skills:

Experience working with any BI platform like PowerBI, Tableau etc. Including creating data pipeline using ETL technique

Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Data Fabrics/Lake and Power automate

Experience writing VBA scripts/Code using Microsoft office suite for automation

Some Of The Roles And Responsibilities

  • Ad Hoc Analytical Support: Analyze business requirements and gather data from multiple data sources for analytical requests.
  • Targeted Sales Opportunities: Leverage existing & future sales targeting & kit optimization tools to identify top opportunities by account and communicate them to applicable Specialty Sales Rep and Product Manager.
  • Instrument Cross-Referencing: Absorb repeat / time consuming task of cross-refencing competitor instruments for customers and product management team. In addition, develop a sustainable solution to operationalize process to complete requests.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of basic reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to thoroughly understand business requirements
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate needs, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to solution development and implementation
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree

Work Experience:

3+ years of relevant experience
