About The Digital Public Health Program

TAF's Digital Public Health Program (DPHP) is building the next generation of scalable, interoperable digital health systems, combining conversational AI, WhatsApp-based workflow automation, data pipelines, and decision-support tools. These systems are designed for real-world, low-resource settings and aim to support frontline workers and health systems in delivering timely, high-quality care.

We are an early-stage but rapidly scaling team, building at the intersection of public health, technology, and behavior change. This requires individuals who can take ownership, solve problems independently, learn quickly, and operate comfortably in ambiguity while shaping evolving systems.

Role Overview

This role focuses on designing behaviour change interventions embedded within digital systems. You will work on translating behavioural insights into nudges, workflows, and communication strategies that drive real action among frontline workers and communities. The role requires both conceptual understanding of behaviour science and the ability to operationalize it within scalable, data-driven systems.

What You Will Do

  • Design behaviourally informed interventions for frontline workers and communities
  • Build nudging systems within digital workflows
  • Identify behavioural gaps using data and field insights
  • Design and run experiments and iteration cycles
  • Work across teams to scale interventions through digital systems

Experience & Qualifications

    • 3–7 years in behavioural science, public health, economics, or related fields
    • Master's preferred (Behavioural Science, Public Health, Economics, Psychology, etc.)
    • Experience in behaviour change / SBCC / intervention design
    • Familiarity with digital systems and experimentation
    • Basic data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets)
Who We Are Looking For

    • Individuals who have implemented behaviour change interventions in real settings
    • Comfortable working with data, digital systems, and experimentation
    • Strong ownership and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
    • Builders who can translate behavioural insights into scalable systems
We are committed to building a thoughtful and diverse team across roles and levels, and encourage candidates with varied backgrounds and perspectives to apply.

This is an onsite role based in Delhi
