Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate role based in Katihar. The Associate will manage operational tasks, support team activities, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with clients, processing financial transactions, monitoring loan disbursements, and assisting in achieving organizational objectives. The successful candidate will also coordinate with team members to optimize efficiency and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
- Basic understanding of financial services, operational tasks, and handling documentation
- Attention to detail, record-keeping, and compliance with policies and procedures
- Proactive problem-solving and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications such as MS Office
- Prior experience in microfinance or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in a related field such as Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce
