1. The candidate must have 3 year experience in BFSI Sales.
2. Candidate Graduation in any stream
3. Package will be 3.15-5 lac per annum incentives are excluded.
4. Age criteria will be 25-45 years.
5. This is a field job like any other sales job, which requires you to travel for your assignedgeography, ABPs (Agents), LAs and customer's location (as and when required).
6. Candidate must be localite .
7. Candidate must have 2 wheelers.

Job role :- As a team manager, you will accompany the team of ABPs on pre and post sales such as claim settlement. As a business development professional you will be uphold organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity. You are expected to be compliant to regulatory and tatutory regulations.
