Job Description
g. Legacy Collaboration Platforms Domino / Lotus Notes
Provider shall provide operational support for legacy collaboration platforms, including HCL/IBM Domino and HCL/Lotus Notes, where such platforms remain in use within Wesco's environment.
This Support Includes
Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for Domino and Lotus Notes infrastructure and Services
Administration and maintenance of messaging, directory, and collaboration components
Support for user access, mail routing, replication, backups, and recovery
Resolution of incidents and problems related to legacy collaboration Services
Execution of approved configuration changes and lifecycle activities
Legacy platform support is limited to runstate operations and maintenance. Application modernization, major enhancements, or platform transformation activities are excluded from this Exhibit and shall be handled through separate change orders or statements of work, as approved by Wesco.
All legacy collaboration Services shall be delivered in alignment with Wesco security, compliance, governance, and data protection requirements.
