Job Role: Associate Architect - Data Engineering

Experience: 6+ years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Must have Skills:

8+ years of experience in Data Warehouse or Data Lake build on AWS.

Experience in working with global distributed teams

Hands on knowledge of AWS services like S3,Step functions,Glue,Secrets Manager

Understanding of key AWS concepts like Security, networking, Disaster Recovery,

Scalability and resilience.

Ability to build cloud based data platform architectures explaining pros/ cons of various

services used.

Coding skills in Python. Excellent SQL skills and experience in various DB engines like

DB2.

Deep Understanding of MPP Database architecture. Ability to tune queries, optimize

performance.

Ability to design resilient data pipelines using orchestration tools like Airflow / Step

functions

Good to have skills:

Experience of working on enterprise greenfield projects that have Application development

workload as well.

Experience of working for customers/workloads in the FSI sector domain with use cases.

Experience in building data pipelines integrating with data virtualization tools like Denedo &

data governance tools like Collibra

Exposure to SSIS

Exposure to IaC tools like Terraform and to CI/CD tools
