Key Responsibilities:
CMS Development & Management:
- Develop, configure, and maintain CMS-based websites and applications.
- Create and customize CMS templates, layouts, renderings, and reusable components following best practices.
- Implement and optimize CMS workflows, personalization, and content authoring features.
- Integrate CMS with external systems, including CRMs, APIs, and third-party services.
- Support ongoing CMS enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
Code Quality & Troubleshooting:
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve CMS-related issues promptly.
- Ensure performance optimization across CMS implementations.
Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with UX, QA, and backend teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Guide and mentor merchandisers, content specialists, and internal teams on best practices.
- Act as SME for the platform, advising clients and teams on effective website management.
