Job Description

Analyze supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs) and devise actionable plans to resolve ongoing issues, identifying and implementing permanent resolution steps.
Troubleshoot complex planning issues and propose effective, data-driven solutions.
Develop new supply chain functionalities and business processes to achieve broader organizational goals.
Improve data analytics, identify methods for data governance, and automate tasks to provide robust support to the wider analytics group.
Support users with day-to-day questions and system issues. Monitor and maintain system processes, and ensure comprehensive documentation of support processes and procedures.
