Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Associate AI Consultant to lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence across our organisation. The role involves analysing current workflows, identifying automation opportunities, training teams on AI tools, and refining operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, technical AI knowledge, and strong training capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimisation & AI Strategy

  • Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for AI-driven improvement
  • Develop and implement an AI adoption roadmap
  • Recommend automation tools and AI platforms aligned with business goals
  • Redesign workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work

AI Implementation

  • Deploy AI solutions such as chatbots, workflow automation, document processing, and data analysis systems
  • Integrate AI tools with CRM, ERP, and internal systems
  • Establish AI best practices, governance, and compliance standards

Training & Enablement

  • Conduct AI training workshops for leadership and staff
  • Train teams on effective use of tools such as OpenAI platforms and enterprise AI solutions
  • Develop SOPs and AI usage guidelines
  • Promote AI adoption and manage change across departments

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor AI performance and ROI
  • Refine processes based on measurable outcomes
  • Stay updated on AI trends and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in AI consulting, digital transformation, automation, or process improvement
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and automation technologies
  • Experience with AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, or enterprise AI tools
  • Excellent communication and training skills
