Job Summary: We are looking for a visionary AssociateArchitect - AI to design and oversee the implementation of AI-driven enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI technologies, cloud architecture, and enterprise-level system integration, ensuring that our AI initiatives align with business goals and deliver maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI-driven enterprise architecture strategies that align with business objectives.
- Define the AI roadmap, architecture frameworks, and best practices for AI adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, to drive AI initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance enterprise capabilities.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Establish governance models, security protocols, and compliance frameworks for AI implementations.
- Provide technical leadership in AI model deployment, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends, industry advancements, and regulatory requirements.
- Guide teams in developing AI-powered products, automation solutions, and intelligent workflows.
- Lead AI-driven digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, AI solution design, or a related role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience in microservices architecture, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation, NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines for AI deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- TOGAF, AWS/Azure AI certifications, or other relevant credentials are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in designing AI solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in AI systems.
