Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive trademark searches and drafting responses to Examination Reports issued by the Registry.
- Representing clients in Show Cause Hearings before the Trademark Office.
- Drafting various legal documents, including letters, legal notices, Notices of Opposition, Rectifications, Counter-Statements, and Evidence submissions.
- Assisting in all prosecution-related matters as directed by senior counsel.
