How You'll Spend Your Time:
- Would handle the day-to-day coaching of the India Empower classes, using the group cohort and 1:1 touch point model.
- Would play a key support role on administrative functions currently being done by more senior members of the coaching team (ie- coaching assignments, notification emails, new coach information sharing, etc)
- Assist in execution of trainings, facilitated coaching discussions for the India office as deemed necessary.
- Support professional coaching team to implement coaching initiatives in India, esp. with empowerees
- Support in DiSC/other assessments related work
- PerformYard related support
- Conduct 1:1 and group coaching with staff 1 & 2 with Meha's support
- Support with Induction program - talent management part of it
- Take care of Coach-protégé introduction notifications.
- Support in coordination & some of Admin and reporting tasks from time to time
- Work closely with coaching team in India and US on curating content for training/coaching programs whenever planned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1- 3 years of experience in coaching, human resources, talent development, or learning and development fields. Exposure to career/professional coaching is a plus.
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Should have conducted soft skills/similar trainings.
- Strong time management skills and multiple engagements skills and ability to meet all scheduled deadlines.
- Very dynamic and flexible
- Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations
- Strong command of the English Language, both written and verbal communication and an effective team player.
- Strong commitment to an entrepreneurial work ethic.
- Willing to continue to develop themselves as a professional coaching certification like ACSTH/ACC preferred but not mandatory
