Position Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated professional for the role of
Assistant Professor – HR & Organizational Behaviour for the MBA program. The ideal candidate should hold a
PhD in HR / Organizational Behaviour / Management and demonstrate strong capabilities in teaching, research, and academic administration.
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching in core areas such as Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Industrial Relations
- Design and update curriculum in line with current industry practices and academic standards
- Engage in research and publish in reputed journals (Scopus/ABDC/UGC-listed preferred)
- Guide MBA students in projects, internships, dissertations, and placements
- Conduct workshops, seminars, FDPs, and industry interaction sessions
- Contribute to accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA) and academic documentation
- Participate in departmental administration and institutional development activities
- Mentor students for academic and career growth
Eligibility Criteria
- PhD in Human Resource Management / Organizational Behaviour / Management (Mandatory)
- MBA / PGDM with specialization in HR
- Strong academic record throughout (UG/PG/PhD)
- NET/SET qualification preferred (as per regulatory norms)
- Minimum 5-10 years of teaching/research experience preferred (fresh PhD candidates may also apply)
Preferred Skills
- Strong domain knowledge in HR & OB subjects
- Research orientation with publications in reputed journals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Ability to integrate case-based and experiential learning methods
- Industry exposure or consultancy experience (added advantage)
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and software (preferred)
