At Knowcraft Analytics, we are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Due Diligence (FD) Associate to join our dynamic team. Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Education: ACCA Members, ACCA Affiliates, CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 0-1 years in financial due diligence, audit, or transaction advisory services.
- Strong understanding of technical accounting (US GAAP/IFRS) and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the review and analysis of financial statements, accounting records, and other financial documents to assess the financial health of target companies.
- Support the team in identifying key financial risks and opportunities during the due diligence process.
- Help in the preparation of financial due diligence reports, including identifying areas for improvement and potential red flags.
- Assist with financial modeling, including the preparation of forecasts, pro forma statements, and other financial analyses. Collect, organize, and summarize financial data from target companies.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed. Assist with the preparation of client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity of findings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational groups to gather necessary information for due diligence.
- Support the team in managing project timelines and deliverables.
