TrueOne Group is a high-growth fintech and technology company operating across USA, UAE, and India. We build advanced, technology-led platforms in financial services and enterprise SaaS, working closely with global clients, institutions, and investors.

This role offers hands-on exposure to multi-country finance operations and the opportunity to work directly with the CFO and CEO in a fast-scaling organization.

We are looking for an Associate Accounting & Finance Operations to take end-to-end ownership of accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance coordination across group entities in India, UAE, and the US.

This is a high-ownership role requiring strong accounting fundamentals, operational discipline, and comfort working closely with founders and senior leadership.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts for group companies (India, UAE, USA)

• Handle end-to-end bookkeeping:
• Revenue
• Costs & operating expenses
• Vendor payments & reimbursements
• Inter-company entries

• Prepare monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements
• Support CFO with MIS, cash-flow tracking, and financial reporting

• Coordinate and track compliance calendars across jurisdictions:
• India (GST, TDS, ROC, audits)
• UAE (VAT, ESR, Corporate Tax coordination)
• US (via external advisors)

• Act as the single point of coordination with:
• CFO & CEO
• Auditors, CAs, tax consultants, and compliance partners

• Ensure timely closures, filings, and audit readiness
• Strengthen internal finance processes and controls as the company scales

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in accounting / finance operations
• Experience in startups, fintech, tech companies, or CA firms preferred
• Strong fundamentals in accounting and bookkeeping
• Prior exposure to multi-entity or multi-country accounting is a strong plus
• Comfortable working independently with senior leadership
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and execution skills

• Accounting tools: Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Understanding of Indian statutory compliances
• Exposure to UAE / US compliance coordination preferred (can be via consultants)
