Associate Account Management

Job Summary:

The Associate Account Management ensures smooth execution of India-based resourcing operations by coordinating with internal teams like Delivery, Recruiting, OBHR, TMS, and Beacon. The role includes maintaining offshore headcount MIS across HRMS and Beacon platforms and supporting onboarding, redeployment, project extensions, and GEM requisition management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Support: Track laptop/access requests, confirm timely delivery, and update onboarding essentials.
• Redeployment & Project Extensions: Coordinate redeployment discussions, project transitions, and ensure pay/bill rate changes.
• GEM Requisition Management: Create and update requisitions in GEM, track status, and ensure timely closure.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate headcount data in HRMS/Beacon, ensure timely and accurate MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-1 years in recruitment operations or onboarding coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in HR tools (GEM preferred)
• Excellent communication and attention to detail

KPIs:

• Onboarding: Timeliness and accuracy (monthly/quarterly)
• Redeployment: Proactive redeployment and extension coordination
• GEM Requisition: Quick turnaround and accurate closure
• MIS Reporting: Timely and error-free updates and reports
