We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Associate – Academic Counsellors to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, understanding their learning goals, and helping them choose the right program. The role requires strong communication skills and confidence in making outbound calls.
Responsibilities-
- Connect with prospective learners via outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Understand candidates career goals and learning requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, career outcomes, and program benefits.
- Guide students through the complete admissions and enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM systems.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for learners.
Required Skills-
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of EdTech programs and online learning.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Qualifications-
6 months to 3 years of experience in EdTech admissions, inside sales, or counselling.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in student counselling or admissions will be preferred.
