Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for maintaining overall quality of the portfolio of the bank across Large & Mid cap and SME by ensuring early identification of any incipient stress in the the portfolio .
Candidate is also required to have sound technical knowledge for actively participating in initiatives / enhancement in the EWS system.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Having good credit knowledge to identify signs of incipient stress in customer accounts and timely recommend for watch listing tagging.
- Having good knowledge of the latest circulars of RBI and its implications
- Having experience in handling various audits internally.
- Having sound understanding of industry , local market practises , customers and keep up to date knowledge of EW products
- Having good knowledge of excel for data analytics and analyze large, complex datasets to identify emerging credit risks, customer behaviour shifts, and portfolio vulnerabilities
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and identify potential RFA borrowers based on guidance as per RBI circular and proactively recommending them to the Red Flag Governance Group.
- Engage with Tech teams both at the Bank and at the vendor's end to ensure timely tech related enhancements including production issues are timely implemented.
- Organizing, attending, actively participating and preparing minutes of the Watchlist calls for all segments
- Develop and enhance monitoring tools for early-warning systems, stress indicators, and predictive frameworks.
- Preparing impactful presentations and reports for senior management review and decision making
