Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Sales Manager will do sales, develop strategies, and manage client relationships to achieve revenue objectives. They will also be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting real estate offerings, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to close deals and meet targets effectively
  • Independent sales role
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of the real estate sector, particularly in the residential segment
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Location Hyderabad

CTC 2.5-3.0 Lakhs Per Annum

Plus Incentives, Bonus, and Travel allowances
