Assitant Manager - Events and Exhibitions

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Events and Exhibitions based in Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events. Responsibilities include vendor management, budgeting, logistics coordination, visual merchandising, and managing event-related communication. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure impactful brand representation and event success.

• Event Management and Coordination: Experience in planning, organizing, and executing events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Skilled at liaising with vendors, venues, and partners for timely and quality execution of events.
• Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Proficiency in creating budgets, optimizing resources, and managing costs effectively.
• Visual Merchandising and Branding: Familiarity with visual design principles and creating displays aligned with brand guidelines.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective teamwork, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in event-related software and tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the tiles or design industry will be an advantage.
