Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assitant General Manager role located in Mumbai. The Assitant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless management of facilities, staff, and services. Responsibilities include supervising teams, managing budgets, and enhancing guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency. The Assitant General Manager will also implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, lead marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: *Manage all daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.

*Guest Experience: Ensure high guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly.

*Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and supervise staff across departments.

*Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, manage expenses, and track financial performance.

*Quality & Standards: Implement policies, enforce health/safety regulations, and conduct facility inspections.

Coordination: Liaise with department heads, vendors, and suppliers for efficient workflows.
