Job Role: Warehouse Manager

You should apply if you:

• Have 1-6 years of experience in Warehouse operations- Inventory Management, timely order fulfillment, maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Have strong problem-solving skills and can handle warehouse-related issues efficiently.

• Familiar with receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations.

• Have experience using software like Vinculum/Uniware (preferred but not mandatory).

• Comfortable in analyzing data to reduce losses and increase operational efficiency.

You should not apply if you:

• Lack experience in warehouse management, logistics coordination, order management.

• Are not comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Do not have basic Excel and data analysis skills.

• Are not open to collaborating with multiple teams for data handling and resolution.

What will you do

• Oversee the end-to-end warehouse operations.

• Oversee inwarding, inventory management, picking, packing and dispatch.

• Analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and suggest process improvements.

• Minimize stock losses, damage and shrinkage.

• Ensure orders are processed within SLA timelines.

• Conduct cycle count to ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular audits.

• Implement SOPs for warehouse operations to increase productivity.

Work Experience:

• Education: Post Graduate/Graduate/Undergraduate – all can apply.

• Experience: 1-6 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain roles.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Location: Faridabad, Haryana
