Inviting Applications for the role of AVP - Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Informatica MDM (IDMC platform) and proven experience in Application Management Services (AMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end MDM delivery, managing support engagements, driving governance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Informatica MDM programs on the IDMC platform.

  • Own project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.

  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, scope, and quality standards.

  • Manage stakeholder communication across business and IT teams.

  • Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management.

Informatica MDM & IDMC Expertise

  • Provide architectural oversight and technical direction for Informatica MDM (Customer, Vendor, Product domains).

  • Lead implementation and enhancement projects using Informatica IDMC (Cloud Data Integration, Data Quality, MDM SaaS).

  • Define data governance frameworks, data quality rules, and master data lifecycle processes.

  • Ensure integration with upstream/downstream systems (SAP, Salesforce, Data Warehouses, etc.).

AMS & Support Management

  • Manage AMS engagements including L2/L3 support.

  • Monitor SLA/KPI adherence and drive continuous service improvement.

  • Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.

  • Lead release management, patch upgrades, and production deployments.

  • Ensure knowledge management and documentation standards are maintained.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor offshore/onshore delivery teams.

  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, data governance teams, and business stakeholders.

  • Drive client governance meetings, reporting, and service reviews.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant years of IT experience with at least years in Informatica MDM.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

  • Experience in implementing MDM for Customer, Vendor, or Product domains.

  • Strong knowledge of Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Integration.

  • Proven experience managing AMS engagements.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks.

  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Informatica MDM / IDMC certifications.

  • Experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation.

  • PMP / ITIL certification is an advantage.

  • 16x5 standard business hours coverage 24x7 on-call during critical periods

  • Remote/hybrid with occasional travel for onsite engagements (as needed)

  • Participation in on-call rotation for production support
