Finance Specialist focused on Corporate Finance to optimize and grow business across the Dealer

What we are looking for in the role:

P&L responsibility for the Dealer Finance business line

Ensuring portfolio growth and quality on a Pan-India level for relationships managed

Onboard new corporates/OEMs and dealer networks and design structured financing solutions to support dealer ecosystems

Maintain strong relationships with corporate treasury, sales, and finance teams to enable seamless financing for dealers and channel partners

Work closely with the Tech and Product teams to build systems and processes that enhance dealer onboarding and financing efficiency

Manage existing dealer finance programs to ensure smooth and timely financing for dealers and

distributors

Ideal Candidate:

Strong relationships with corporates and dealer networks

Highly driven and motivated individual with the ability to get hands-on when required

Ability to manage and drive the performance of a team

Strong understanding of Dealer Finance

Strong understanding of processes with the ability to track portfolio performance and key metrics closely

Qualification & Experience:

8+ years of Supply Chain Finance Finance experience

Master's degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience

Experience in scaling dealer/channel finance programs through a resource-lean model

Ideal candidate would currently be working in the Banking/NBFC space in a client-facing role with corporates/OEM ecosystems
