Develop content pillars around investing, goal planning, risk profiling, financial literacy, and advisory insights.
Build strong LinkedIn and social presence for founders, advisors, and leadership team.
Create content strategies that enhance credibility and thought leadership of key faces of the company.
Build and nurture an engaged community of finance-aware audiences.
Track engagement, reach, conversions, and optimize content strategy based on data.
Work closely with performance marketing teams to amplify high-performing content.
Work with designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure high production quality.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
Stay updated with social trends, algorithms, and content formats.
Experiment with new content ideas, formats, and storytelling approaches.
Experience & Skills:
8 to12 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in Finance, Fintech, Wealth Management, or BFSI.
Strong understanding of how trust and credibility are built in financial communication.
Proven experience in building and scaling social media pages and communities.
Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and content performance metrics.
Experience in content strategy, storytelling, and brand communication.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
