Inviting applications for the role of AssistantVice President - Senior Architect, Agentic AI Platforms
The Senior Architect will be a foundational member of the Agentic AI Platforms team, responsible for the technical architecture, hands-on engineering, and developer experience of the ClientIQ High-Code Agent Starter Kit and its federation with the NEO control plane. This role demands someone who is equally comfortable defining architecture patterns in a strategy document and writing production Python code that ships in a CI/CD pipeline the same week. This is not a role for someone who architects from the sidelines. We need a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, learns new platforms with genuine curiosity, adapts quickly as enterprise decisions evolve, and stays hands-on through the entire lifecycle - from whiteboard to production deployment.
Responsibilities
Architecture & Design- Define agent runtime architecture, skill contracts, A2A interoperability patterns, and guardrails pipelines for production-grade agent
Platform Engineering - Own the technical implementation of the ClientIQ Agent Starter Kit across Vertex AI (Client GCP) and Microsoft Foundry (Azure DNA) paths
Integration - Architect federation patterns between ClientIQ build surfaces, the NEO control plane with Enterprise systems via High Code Agents, Custom Connectors, Skills leveraging GE Agent Registry, observability, policy enforcement)
Developer Experience - Design and build developer tooling (CLI, VS Code extensions, reference implementations) that enables a deployable agent within a single sprint.
Observability & Reliability - Implement distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry), structured logging, cost tracking, and evaluation frameworks across both cloud platforms
Security Architecture - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in data processes and systems. Promote standardization and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support regional and global data projects.
Governance Enablement - Build compliance automation into the CI/CD pipeline - registry registration, guardrails validation, governance gate traceability
Hands-On Delivery - Write production code, review pull requests, build proof-of concepts, and pair with product teams to unblock technical challenges
Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with product, engineering, and other technology teams to integrate Agentic AI solutions. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless implementation of GenAI initiatives. Promote a cohesive approach to technology development and innovation
