Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Offering Leader to build, scale, and commercialize differentiated Salesforce solutions aligned to Genpact's domain-led transformation strategy. This leader will be responsible for developing industry-relevant offerings, accelerators, and AI-enabled solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, while partnering closely with sales, alliances, and delivery teams to drive pipeline, large deal pursuits, and successful client outcomes.
The role requires a blend of solution strategy, productization, thought leadership, and commercialization to help scale Genpact's Salesforce practice globally.
Key Responsibilities
Offering Strategy & Development
Define and evolve Salesforce offerings across key clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Financial Services Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Develop differentiated, domain-led solutions leveraging Genpact IP such as Brokerage, Order Assist, and CX automation frameworks.
Build repeatable implementation frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures to enable scalable delivery.
Commercialization & Go-To-Market
Partner with Sales, Alliances, and Industry teams to position offerings in strategic client pursuits.
Develop value propositions, solution collateral, demos, and sales playbooks to support pipeline generation.
Drive large deal solutioning for complex Salesforce transformation programs.
IP & Innovation
Identify opportunities to build proprietary accelerators, AI agents, and automation frameworks on top of Salesforce platforms.
Incorporate emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, Data Cloud, and AI-driven workflows into solution offerings.
Lead development of demo environments and proof-of-concept solutions.
Alliances & Ecosystem Collaboration
Work closely with Salesforce product teams and partner ecosystem to align offerings with Salesforce growth priorities.
Build strategic partnerships with ISVs and technology partners to enhance solution capabilities.
Practice Enablement
Enable delivery teams through methodologies, reusable assets, and best practices.
Train solution architects and consultants on offering frameworks and accelerators.
Support thought leadership, analyst interactions, and industry events.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
experience in enterprise consulting or Salesforce ecosystem.
Deep expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, FSL, FSC, Revenue Cloud, or Data Cloud.
Experience building solution offerings, accelerators, or consulting frameworks.
Strong understanding of enterprise transformation programs and industry business processes.
Proven ability to support large deal pursuits and executive client engagements.
Preferred Experience
Experience with AI-enabled solutions or agentic automation frameworks.
Background in industry-specific solutions such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Insurance.
Salesforce certifications (Architect or Consultant level preferred).
Success Metrics
Growth of Salesforce solution pipeline and bookings
Adoption of offering accelerators across delivery teams
Development of reusable IP and AI-enabled solution assets
Contribution to large deal wins and strategic client engagements
