The Salesforce Delivery Leader oversees the successful execution of Salesforce programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, and technical excellence. This role blends strategic leadership, delivery management, and deep Salesforce expertise to drive digital transformation.
.Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, and custom solutions
.Manage project planning, execution, and governance across multiple accounts or programs
.Collaborate with clients to define scope, timelines, and success metrics
.Ensure quality, compliance, and performance across all delivery streams
.Drive resource planning, forecasting, and fulfillment across global teams
.Act as a primary escalation point for delivery issues and risks
.Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and proposal development
.Foster continuous improvement through automation, innovation, and best practices
Leadership & Strategic Impact
.Drive delivery-led growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
.Represent the organization in executive client meetings, QBRs, and industry forums
.Align delivery outcomes with business transformation goals
.B.E or B.Tech or MCA
.Relevant years of experience in IT delivery, with strong Salesforce program management background
.Proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations
.Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration, and customization
.Strong leadership in Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models
.Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and vendor relationships
.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skill
Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as:
