Assistant Vice President Sales (Risk Advisory)

Role :

The role is for one of the leading clients of Hallmark Search Partners into Business Consulting, looking for Risk Advisory Sales/BD Leader who focuses on a specific client base of the company's sales and involves a combination of planning, coordination, and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Identify new business opportunities, new markets, and enhance competitiveness.

Lead BD initiatives for Consulting services, targeting new clients and fostering business growth with existing clients.

Mentor professionals in BD and lead generation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Negotiate major contracts, resolve client issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and refine proposals and communications before, during, and after engagement.

Ensure targets are met and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and coordinated BD efforts.

Report to VPs/Directors on BD progress and challenges.

Qualifications :

Education includes MBA or Post-Graduate in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Risk Advisory Sales preffered.

Professional experience ranging from 8-10 years. Demonstrated ability to network effectively and establish strong interpersonal connections.

Proficient in presentations, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences

Unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality in all business interactions.

Exceptional skills in written English communication.

Knowledge of due diligence, corporate fraud, reputation risk and compliance.

Strategic mindset with insights in finance, regulatory frameworks, and business operations.
