Role Purpose

Managing functional understanding of business processes and ensuring govern.

Role Accountability

Person should be able to carry out following responsibilities to be successful in this role:

1. Person is required to work with development partners to ensure the execution of projects in a timely manner with expected quality
2. Keep track of all IT projects for RPA stack. He/She will be responsible to drive IT-function monthly meeting with business leader and all relevant stakeholders to prioritize the IT projects and provide status of ongoing projects for business function
3. Build a strong understanding of business processes across lifecycle of card domain as role is expected to bridge gap between business users and development partners on business understanding
4. Perform automation eligibility study for existing manual processes
5. Apply RPA technology stack and create To Be process solution for automation eligible manual processes
6. Create project plan, drive both business & IT teams to work with plan, identify project risks and put mitigations or do timely escalation for help needed.
7. Working with business product owners & category heads to help them reach IT solutions for their digital needs. Person needs to design the IT solutions and review periodically with technical vendor teams.
8. Bring technical experience on handling projects involving Robotics & AI technologies.
9. Program Management -Managing technology delivery of projects and programs for Robotics Platform. This includes Bimodal projects and Mode-1 programs etc.

2. Deliver assigned activities with best quality and within the desired timelines.
3. Ensure First Time Right delivery in production for the projects/tasks assigned to him/her

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

1. Technical Skills
   1. Hands on experience ofUiPath , NICE , SQL
2. Certifications (Good to Have)
   1. UiPath Business analysts
   2. CSM / PMP

Competencies critical to the role

1. Domain understanding and technology solutioning - you should have good hold on credit cards domain and also strong technology skillset to provide solution for RPA & AI based IT projects.
2. Person should have experience of working with UiPath RPA platform.

Qualification

1. B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science/IT.
2. MBA/PGDM from Tier 1/2 Institutes.
3. Person should have experience of working with UiPath RPA platform.
